Workshops
I aspire to create spaces where mindfulness meets creativity and advocacy. As a mindfulness instructor and an artist, I weave elements of mindful awareness into each workshop, focusing on themes such as menstrual justice, body positivity, environmental justice, and expression of social issues. My workshops/talks are designed to deepen our understanding of cyclical living, and our relationship with ourselves, each other, and the environment.
